The fifth week of the college football season is in the books, and the Associated Press has released its latest state football poll results. The top teams in each state remain largely unchanged, with some minor shifts in the rankings.

In Alabama, the Crimson Tide remain at the top of the rankings, followed by Auburn, UAB, and Troy. The Crimson Tide have been dominant this season, with their only loss coming to LSU in Week 4. In Georgia, the Bulldogs remain at the top of the rankings, followed by Georgia Tech, Georgia Southern, and Kennesaw State. The Bulldogs have been dominant this season, with their only loss coming to Notre Dame in Week 4. Georgia Tech has also been impressive, with a 4-1 record and wins over Clemson and Virginia. Georgia Southern and Kennesaw State have both had strong starts to the season, with GSU currently sitting at 4-1 and KSU at 3-2.
