The Seattle Seahawks overcame a slow start to defeat the Carolina Panthers in Week 3 of the NFL season. The Seahawks trailed at halftime, but rallied in the second half to win the game 30-27.

The Panthers got off to a hot start, scoring on their first two possessions to take a 14-3 lead. However, the Seahawks responded with a touchdown of their own and then took the lead on a field goal just before halftime.

In the second half, the Seahawks continued to dominate. They scored 17 unanswered points to take a 30-14 lead with just over five minutes remaining in the fourth quarter. The Panthers scored two late touchdowns, but it was not enough as the Seahawks held on for the win.

Russell Wilson had another strong performance for the Seahawks, throwing for 339 yards and two touchdowns. He also ran for a touchdown and was named the game’s MVP. Tyler Lockett had a big day as well, catching 10 passes for 79 yards and a touchdown.

The Seahawks defense also stepped up in the second half, forcing two turnovers and holding the Panthers to just three points in the second half. The defense also sacked Panthers quarterback Teddy Bridgewater four times.

The win was a big one for the Seahawks, who improved to 3-0 on the season. They will look to continue their winning ways next week when they take on the Miami Dolphins.
