The University of Kentucky Wildcats opened their SEC season in dramatic fashion, defeating the Florida Gators 87-85 in a thrilling game. The Wildcats were led by freshman guard Brandon Bradshaw, who hit a clutch three-pointer with just seconds remaining to seal the victory.

The Wildcats had trailed the Gators for much of the game, but managed to pull ahead late in the second half. The Gators had a chance to tie the game in the final seconds, but a missed three-pointer gave the Wildcats the win.

Bradshaw was the star of the night, finishing with a team-high 20 points and six assists. He was especially clutch down the stretch, hitting two free throws and then the game-winning three-pointer to put the Wildcats ahead for good.

The Wildcats also got strong performances from forward EJ Montgomery, who had 17 points and nine rebounds, and guard Immanuel Quickley, who had 15 points and seven assists.

The win was a great start to the SEC season for Kentucky, and they will look to build on this momentum as they take on other conference opponents. With Bradshaw leading the way, the Wildcats have a chance to make some noise in the SEC this season.
