Here’s a look at the Husky men’s basketball schedule for 2022

Huskies, Husky Basketball, Sports Seattle

Considering the amount of late starts this season, the Washington men’s basketball team should consider making its motto: Husky Hoops After Dark.

UW will play potentially nine games at 8 p.m. or later this season, which would be the most since the 2016-17 season.

Three of Washington’s first four games tip off at 8 p.m., including the Nov. 7 regular-season opener against Weber State.

UW’s 31-game season includes 11 nonconference contests highlighted by a road trip to cross-state rival Gonzaga on Dec. 9 and a home game against Auburn on Dec. 21.

Washington could also face Saint Mary’s on Nov. 24 in the Wooden Legacy, which would mark three marquee nonconference matchups against 2022 NCAA tournament participants.

The Huskies’ 20-game unbalanced Pac-12 schedule doesn’t include a home contest against Utah and a road trip to face Oregon.

UW has 15 games on the Pac-12 Network, nine on the ESPN channels, five on FS1 and one on Fox. TV info for the UW-Gonzaga game has not been released.

The Huskies begin Nov. 1 with an exhibition against Division II Alaska Fairbanks.
