University of Washington Huskies Receive Eight Commitments During Three-Day Recruiting Period

The University of Washington Huskies have had a successful recruiting period, with eight commitments from high school athletes. The Huskies received commitments from four-star defensive tackle J.T. Tuimoloau, four-star offensive tackle Jackson Lataimua, four-star linebacker Sav’ell Smalls, three-star quarterback Sam Huard, three-star wide receiver Jalen McMillan, three-star tight end Devin Culp, three-star safety Asa Turner and two-star defensive tackle Sama Paama.

The Huskies have been looking to bolster their defensive line and the addition of Tuimoloau is a great start. Tuimoloau is a 6-foot-5, 280-pound defensive tackle from Eastside Catholic High School in Sammamish, Washington. He is rated as the No. 1 defensive tackle in the country and the No. 1 overall recruit in the state of Washington. He has offers from many top programs including Alabama, Ohio State, Oregon, and USC.

Lataimua is a 6-foot-6, 315-pound offensive tackle from Kapolei High School in Hawaii. He is rated as the No. 2 offensive tackle in the country and the No. 2 overall recruit in the state of Hawaii. He has offers from many top programs including Arizona State, Oregon, and UCLA.

Smalls is a 6-foot-3, 230-pound linebacker from Garfield High School in Seattle. He is rated as the No. 4 linebacker in the country and the No. 3 overall recruit in the state of Washington. He has offers from many top programs including Alabama, Clemson, Florida State, and LSU.

Huard is a 6-foot-1, 180-pound quarterback from Kennedy Catholic High School in Burien, Washington. He is rated as the No. 5 quarterback in the country and the No. 4 overall recruit in the state of Washington. He has offers from many top programs including Arizona State, Oregon, and USC.

McMillan is a 6-foot-2, 175-pound wide receiver from Graham-Kapowsin High School in Graham, Washington. He is rated as the No. 10 wide receiver in the country and the No. 5 overall recruit in the state of Washington. He has offers from many top programs including Arizona State, Oregon, and USC.

The Huskies have done an excellent job of recruiting during this three-day period and have added some great talent to their roster for next season. With these eight commitments, they have added depth to their defensive line and have also added some great skill players on offense.
