It’s been a long time coming, but the Texas Tech Red Raiders have finally reunited former Washington State wide receiver Josh Kelly with Pullman in 2021. After spending the last two years at Texas Tech, Kelly will be returning to the Palouse this fall to join the Cougars’ football team.
