The second match saw Rafael Nadal take on Team World’s Nick Kyrgios. Despite a strong start from Nadal, Kyrgios was able to come back and take the match in three sets.
The third match saw Roger Federer take on Team World’s Kevin Anderson. Federer was unable to find his rhythm, and Anderson was able to capitalize on the opportunity to take the match in straight sets.
Team Europe will need to regroup and find a way to turn things around if they want to have any chance of winning the Laver Cup. With only two more matches left in the tournament, time is running out for Team Europe.
It will be interesting to see how Team Europe responds to this early deficit. Will they be able to rally and come back to win the tournament? Or will Team World be able to hold on and take home the trophy? Only time will tell.
