On Sunday, October 27th, Buffalo Bills defensive end Shaq Lawson was involved in an altercation with a fan during the Bills’ 37-19 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. The incident occurred after Lawson was ejected from the game for a late hit on Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz.

Lawson was seen walking off the field and exchanging words with a fan in the stands. He then appeared to shove the fan before being restrained by security. Lawson was escorted off the field and did not return to the game.

The NFL is currently investigating the incident and has yet to issue any punishment to Lawson. The Bills have also yet to comment on the altercation, but have said that they are taking the matter seriously and will handle it appropriately.

This is not the first time that Lawson has been involved in an altercation with a fan. In 2017, he was involved in a verbal altercation with a fan during a game against the New England Patriots. He was fined $9,115 for his actions in that incident.

It remains to be seen what kind of punishment, if any, the NFL will hand down to Lawson for this incident. However, it is clear that the league takes fan safety seriously and will not tolerate any type of physical altercation between players and fans.

The Buffalo Bills have had a difficult season so far, and this incident is just another setback for the team. It will be interesting to see how the team responds and if they can turn things around in the second half of the season.
