The National Women’s Hockey League (NWHL) is set to launch its sixth season in 2021, and it’s bringing three new markets to the table. The league is expanding to the United States with the addition of the Connecticut Whale, the Minnesota Whitecaps, and the Toronto Six. The Connecticut Whale will be based in Stamford, Connecticut and will play their home games at Terry Conners Rink. The Minnesota Whitecaps are based in St. Paul, Minnesota and will play their home games at TRIA Rink. The Toronto Six are based in Toronto, Ontario and will play their home games at Ford Performance Centre.
