The Pac-12 Conference is making history this week with a record eight teams ranked in the Associated Press Top 25 poll. This is the first time in the conference’s history that so many teams have achieved such a high ranking.

Leading the way is the University of Oregon, which is currently ranked No. 6 in the nation. The Ducks have been on a roll this season, with a 9-1 record and a Pac-12 Championship Game appearance on the horizon.

Washington State University is also making history, as it is the first time in school history that the Cougars have been ranked in the AP Top 25. WSU is currently ranked No. 25, and is coming off a big win over rival Washington in the Apple Cup.

The other Pac-12 teams ranked in the AP Top 25 are Utah (No. 7), Arizona State (No. 15), USC (No. 17), Arizona (No. 18), Stanford (No. 19) and California (No. 22).

This is a huge accomplishment for the Pac-12, and it shows just how competitive the conference has become in recent years. With eight teams now ranked in the AP Top 25, the Pac-12 has firmly established itself as one of the top conferences in college football.

The Pac-12 Championship Game will be held on December 6th, and it should be an exciting matchup between Oregon and Utah. It will be interesting to see if any of the other Pac-12 teams can make a run at the College Football Playoff this season.

Regardless of what happens, the Pac-12 should be proud of its accomplishments this season. With eight teams ranked in the AP Top 25, it is clear that the conference is full of talented teams that are capable of competing with anyone in the country.
