The Michigan State Spartans football team recently completed their spring practice in preparation for the upcoming season. The team has been working hard to improve and build on the successes of last season, and the spring practice was a great opportunity for the players to hone their skills and get ready for the upcoming season.

The Spartans had a successful 2018 season, finishing with an 8-4 record and a berth in the Redbox Bowl. The team was led by quarterback Brian Lewerke, who threw for 2,040 yards and 17 touchdowns. The team also had a strong running game, led by running back LJ Scott, who rushed for 1,143 yards and nine touchdowns.

The spring practice was a great opportunity for the team to work on their weaknesses and build on their strengths. The team worked on improving their passing game, as well as their running game. They also worked on improving their defense, which was one of the weaker aspects of the team last season.

The Spartans also had a chance to evaluate their younger players during the spring practice. This included looking at the freshmen who were recently signed to the team, as well as some of the returning players who are looking to make an impact this season.

The Spartans will now look to build on their successes from last season and continue to improve as they prepare for the upcoming season. The team has a lot of potential and they are looking forward to seeing what they can do this season. With the hard work they have put in during the spring practice, they are confident that they can have another successful season.
