After 12 years at Louisiana Tech, Mulkey moved on to Baylor, where she led the Lady Bears to two more NCAA championships.

Mulkey’s success at Baylor earned her a spot in the Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame in 2017. She left Baylor in 2012 and took over as head coach of the LSU Tigers in 2013. Since then, she has led the Tigers to four NCAA tournament appearances, including this year’s Final Four.
