On October 3rd, 2020, the Seattle Sounders made history with their first away victory since July 18th, 2020. Led by forward Jordan Morris, the Sounders secured a 4-1 victory against the San Jose Earthquakes. Morris scored four goals, making it the first time in MLS history that a player has scored four goals in an away match.
