Ingraham High Boys Basketball Coach Walt Milroy Passes Away at 103

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ingraham High School’s beloved Boys Basketball Coach, Walt Milroy. Coach Milroy was 103 years old and passed away peacefully in his sleep on Tuesday, April 6th.

Coach Milroy was an incredible coach and mentor to the boys basketball team at Ingraham High School. He was a fixture in the community, having coached the team for over 50 years. During his time as coach, he led the team to numerous championships and was beloved by his players and the community.

Coach Milroy was a true inspiration to all who knew him. He was always encouraging his players to work hard and strive for excellence. He was also known for his kindness and compassion, treating each player as an individual and helping them to reach their full potential.

Coach Milroy will be remembered for his passion for the game and his commitment to his players. He was a true role model for the boys basketball team at Ingraham High School and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Coach Milroy’s family and friends during this difficult time. We are grateful for all that he did for the boys basketball team at Ingraham High School and will continue to honor his legacy for many years to come.
