He was able to maintain his strong play throughout the tournament, finishing with a total of -14 for the tournament. This was Thomas’ best finish of the season, and it moved him up to 22nd in the FedEx Cup standings.
Overall, Henley, Horschel, and Thomas all made big moves at the Wyndham Championship to improve their seasons. Henley moved up to 74th in the FedEx Cup standings, Horschel moved up to 42nd, and Thomas moved up to 22nd.
