Hendricksen’s 35 lead North Florida over Queens 95-90

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — Carter Hendricksen scored 35 points as North Florida beat Queens 95-90 on Thursday night.

Hendricksen also contributed 10 rebounds for the Ospreys (8-11, 3-4 Atlantic Sun Conference). Jose Placer scored 22 points and added five rebounds and five assists. Jarius Hicklen shot 6 for 15, including 2 for 10 from beyond the arc to finish with 14 points.

AJ McKee led the Royals (13-7, 3-4) in scoring, finishing with 28 points. Jay’Den Turner added 17 points and two steals for Queens. In addition, Kenny Dye had 15 points and seven assists.

NEXT UP

Both teams play on Saturday. North Florida hosts Liberty while Queens travels to play Jacksonville.
