Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) manager, Enrique, is hopeful that star player Kylian Mbappé will remain with the club. Enrique recently spoke to reporters about the future of the young French phenom, saying that he hopes Mbappé will stay with PSG.
Enrique also refused to comment on the future of Neymar, another PSG star. Neymar has been linked with a move away from the club in recent months, and Enrique said that he would not be discussing the Brazilian’s future.
Mbappé has been a key player for PSG since joining the club in 2017. He has scored an impressive total of 95 goals in just 116 appearances for the club, and has become one of the most sought-after players in world football.
Enrique is clearly keen to keep hold of Mbappé, and the manager’s comments suggest that he is confident that the 21-year-old will remain with PSG. Mbappé’s contract with the club runs until 2022, so it remains to be seen whether he will extend his stay with the French champions.
Neymar’s future is less certain, however. The Brazilian has been linked with a move away from PSG in recent months, and Enrique’s refusal to comment on the situation suggests that a move could be on the cards.
