This was the first game back for 76ers star Joel Embiid after missing the previous 10 games due to a knee injury.

The Celtics started the game off strong, taking a 10-point lead after the first quarter. They continued to build on their lead throughout the game, outscoring the 76ers in every quarter. Brown was the star of the night, shooting 10-of-17 from the field and 5-of-9 from beyond the arc. He also had four rebounds and three assists in the victory.

The Celtics also got a strong performance from Kemba Walker, who had 21 points and seven assists. Jayson Tatum added 19 points and seven rebounds, while Marcus Smart contributed 14 points and four assists.

Embiid returned to action for the 76ers after missing 10 games due to a knee injury. He finished with 15 points, eight rebounds and four assists in his return. Tobias Harris added 16 points and eight rebounds for Philadelphia, while Ben Simmons had 12 points and six assists.

The Celtics have now won six of their last seven games and are currently in third place in the Eastern Conference standings. They will look to continue their strong play when they face the Indiana Pacers on Friday night. The 76ers will try to bounce back when they take on the Brooklyn Nets on Thursday night.
