Bob Baffert and Todd Pletcher to Field Six Horses Combined in Breeders’ Cup Juvenile

The Breeders’ Cup Juvenile is one of the most prestigious events in horse racing and this year, two of the top trainers in the sport, Bob Baffert and Todd Pletcher, will be sending a combined total of six horses to compete.

Bob Baffert is one of the most successful trainers in the history of horse racing, having won the Kentucky Derby five times. He has also won the Preakness Stakes four times and the Belmont Stakes three times. This year, he will be sending three horses to compete in the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile: Game Winner, Improbable, and Roadster.

Todd Pletcher is another highly successful trainer, having won the Kentucky Derby twice and the Belmont Stakes twice. He has also won the Preakness Stakes once. This year, he will be sending three horses to compete in the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile: Code of Honor, Complexity, and Outshine.

The Breeders’ Cup Juvenile is a Grade 1 race for two-year-old thoroughbreds and is run over a distance of 1 1/16 miles. It is one of the most important races of the year and is often seen as a key indicator of which horses will go on to have successful careers.
