The Golden State Warriors have been on a roll lately, and Stephen Curry has been a big part of that. On Monday night, Curry’s impressive 268-game 3-pointer streak came to an end in the Warriors’ win over the Portland Trail Blazers.

Curry’s streak began on November 11, 2016, and lasted for nearly three years. During that time, he made an incredible 1,077 3-pointers, including a record-breaking 402 in the 2018-19 season. During the streak, Curry also set the NBA record for most consecutive games with a 3-pointer made (157).

The streak finally ended on Monday night when Curry missed his first two 3-point attempts of the game. Despite the streak ending, Curry still had an impressive performance, finishing with 27 points and 10 assists. He also made a clutch 3-pointer late in the fourth quarter to help seal the win for the Warriors.

The Warriors have been on a hot streak lately, winning six of their last seven games. Curry has been a big part of that success, averaging 28.2 points and 6.4 assists per game during that stretch. He has also been shooting the ball well from beyond the arc, making 41.5% of his 3-point attempts in the last seven games.

Curry’s impressive 3-pointer streak may have come to an end, but he still has plenty of time left to make more history. He is one of the best shooters in NBA history and is sure to make plenty more big shots in the future.
