Clarkson’s performance was key for the Jazz, as he was able to provide a spark off the bench. He was able to get to the rim with ease and knock down shots from beyond the arc. His ability to score in a variety of ways helped the Jazz pull away from the Blazers in the second half.

The Blazers were led by Damian Lillard, who had 23 points and seven assists. CJ McCollum added 19 points and Carmelo Anthony had 18 points off the bench. The Blazers were unable to keep up with the Jazz’s offensive firepower, as they shot just 43.2 percent from the field compared to the Jazz’s 51.7 percent.
The win was a big one for the Jazz, as they are now just one game behind the Los Angeles Lakers for first place in the Western Conference. The Jazz will look to continue their winning ways on Friday when they take on the Sacramento Kings.
