The Portland Trail Blazers were unable to contain the Utah Jazz on Wednesday night, as the Jazz defeated the Blazers 115-99. Jordan Clarkson led the way for the Jazz, recording 30 points on 11-for-17 shooting from the field. He also added four rebounds and four assists in the victory.

Clarkson’s performance was key for the Jazz, as he was able to provide a spark off the bench. He was able to get to the rim with ease and knock down shots from beyond the arc. His ability to score in a variety of ways helped the Jazz pull away from the Blazers in the second half.

The Jazz were also able to get contributions from other players, as Donovan Mitchell added 22 points and Rudy Gobert had a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds. The Jazz were able to spread out their scoring, with six players scoring in double figures.

The Blazers were led by Damian Lillard, who had 23 points and seven assists. CJ McCollum added 19 points and Carmelo Anthony had 18 points off the bench. The Blazers were unable to keep up with the Jazz’s offensive firepower, as they shot just 43.2 percent from the field compared to the Jazz’s 51.7 percent.

The win was a big one for the Jazz, as they are now just one game behind the Los Angeles Lakers for first place in the Western Conference. The Jazz will look to continue their winning ways on Friday when they take on the Sacramento Kings.
