The college softball season is coming to a close and two teams, Florida State and Oklahoma State, have put themselves in a position to make a run at the Women’s College World Series. Both teams have relied heavily on strong pitching performances to get them to this point.

She has been the anchor of the Seminoles’ staff and has been a major reason why they are one win away from a berth in the Women’s College World Series.
Oklahoma State has also been powered by strong pitching performances. The Cowgirls have been led by Samantha Show, who has been lights out all season long. Show has posted a 1.45 ERA while striking out an impressive 253 batters in just over 200 innings pitched. She has been the leader of the Oklahoma State staff and has been a major reason why they are one win away from a berth in the Women’s College World Series.
Both Florida State and Oklahoma State have relied on their strong pitching performances to get them to this point. The Seminoles and Cowgirls have both been able to limit their opponents’ scoring opportunities and have done a great job of keeping their opponents off balance. This has allowed both teams to be one win away from a berth in the Women’s College World Series.
The Women’s College World Series is the pinnacle of college softball and both Florida State and Oklahoma State have put themselves in a great position to make a run at it.
