Phoenix Suns Hand Denver Nuggets Back-to-Back Losses

The Phoenix Suns have been on a roll lately, and they continued their winning streak with back-to-back victories over the Denver Nuggets. On February 4th, the Suns defeated the Nuggets 122-105 at the Pepsi Center in Denver. Devin Booker led the way for Phoenix, scoring 33 points and dishing out 8 assists. Deandre Ayton and Kelly Oubre Jr. also had strong performances, with Ayton contributing 21 points and 16 rebounds, and Oubre Jr. adding 18 points and 7 rebounds.

The Suns followed up their win in Denver with a 119-91 victory over the Nuggets at the Talking Stick Resort Arena in Phoenix on February 6th. Booker again led the way for Phoenix, scoring 25 points and dishing out 6 assists. Ayton and Oubre Jr. also had strong performances, with Ayton contributing 18 points and 14 rebounds, and Oubre Jr. adding 17 points and 8 rebounds.

The back-to-back wins over Denver have been a huge boost to the Suns’ playoff hopes. The team is currently in seventh place in the Western Conference standings, just two games behind the sixth-place San Antonio Spurs. With the win over Denver, Phoenix has now won four of its last five games, and the team is looking to make a late push for a playoff spot.

The Suns have been playing well as of late, and they will look to continue their winning streak against the Los Angeles Lakers on February 9th. If Phoenix can keep up its strong play, they could find themselves in the playoffs come April.
